Amish Church Noodles

Ingredients

10 oz. Sommers Homestyle Noodles
10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
5 T. Butter
1 rounded T. Chicken Flavored Soup Base
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions

Brown 5 T. Butter, add 10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup & stir well.
Add 1 rounded T. Chicken Soup Base and 1/2 tsp. Salt, stir until dissolved.
Add 2 cups Chicken Broth & 3 1/2 cups Hot Water, stir & bring to boil.
Add Noodles, stir, cover & bring to a boil again.
Turn off stove & let sit, covered, 20-30 min
Remove lid, stir, serve & enjoy!

Amish Church Noodles

Ingredients

10 oz. Sommers Homestyle Noodles
10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
5 T. Butter
1 rounded T. Chicken Flavored Soup Base
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions

Brown 5 T. Butter, add 10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup & stir well.
Add 1 rounded T. Chicken Soup Base and 1/2 tsp. Salt, stir until dissolved.
Add 2 cups Chicken Broth & 3 1/2 cups Hot Water, stir & bring to boil.
Add Noodles, stir, cover & bring to a boil again.
Turn off stove & let sit, covered, 20-30 min
Remove lid, stir, serve & enjoy!

Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

10oz. Sommers Egg Noodles (according to package instructions) drain water. Rinse until cooled and drain again.

1 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 small can of Sliced Black Olives
1/2 cup Red Onions, Diced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
2 oz. Pepperoni, Sliced, and Quartered
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, finely shredded
Toss lightly.
Refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve.

Instructions

Cook Noodles according to package directions, then rinse in cold water and drain. Set aside and let cool.
Place Peppers, Onion, Cucumber, Olives, and Cheese in a large bowl.
Add cooled Sommers Egg Noodles and mix well.
In a small bowl, mix together: Dressing, Parmesan Cheese, Paprika, and Garlic Powder.
Pour the mixture on top of the Noodles and Vegetables and stir until completely combined.
Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.

Lemon Garlic Cream Chicken

Ingredients

Garlic Parsley Noodles
Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 T. Garlic
2 T. Parsley or Basil
1/3 cup Shallots
1 cup Chicken Broth
2 T. Lemon Juice
1/2 Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper
1 T. Butter, Salted
1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

Serve with Sommers Garlic Parsley Noodles (cook according to package instructions).

Using a mallet, pound down the Chicken Breasts/ Thighs into ½ inch thickness. sprinkle a pinch of Salt and Pepper on both sides of the Chicken.
In a 2 cup measuring cup or a small bowl, combine the Chicken Broth, Lemon Juice, Garlic, and Red Pepper Flakes.
Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Heat the Olive Oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium high heat. Add the Chicken and allow to brown on both sides for 2-3 minutes per side. Don’t worry if the Chicken isn’t cooked completely, we’ll finish it in the oven. Remove the Chicken to a plate…
